Shipping & Returns

Shipping and Delivery:

• Global Shipping:
  • Elymostore ships worldwide.
• Carriers:
  • Shipments are handled by BRT courier, Italian Post (Poste Italiane), or GLS courier.
• Delivery Times (Estimated):
  • Italy: 3-5 business days.
  • European Union: 7-10 business days.
  • Rest of the world: 20-30 business days.
• Invoicing:
  • Elymostore issues an invoice for each order, based on customer-provided data. No invoice modifications are possible after issuance.
• Shipping Costs:
  • Shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless specific contributions are indicated during the order process.
• Liability:
  • Elymostore is not liable for delivery delays.
• Delivery Inspection:
  • Customers must verify package integrity and the number of packages upon delivery. Any anomalies must be immediately reported to the courier, with a "WRITTEN INSPECTION RESERVE."
  • After signing the delivery document, no disputes regarding the external appearance of the goods will be accepted.
• Product Issues:
  • Any issues concerning the integrity, correspondence, or completeness of received products must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
• Failed Delivery:
  • If delivery fails within 5 business days due to repeated inability to deliver to the customer's provided address, the order will be canceled, and the goods returned to the sender. The purchase amount will be refunded, minus 42.00 EUR (VAT included) for storage and return shipping costs.

Return Policy (Right of Withdrawal):

• Eligibility:
  • The right of withdrawal applies to consumers (individuals purchasing for non-professional purposes).
• Timeframe:
  • Customers have 10 business days from merchandise receipt to communicate their withdrawal.
• Communication Method:
  • Communication must be sent via registered mail with return receipt, telegram, or fax, followed by confirmation via registered mail within 48 hours.
• Merchandise Return:
  • Customers must return the merchandise within 10 days of authorization, at their own expense, with insured and prepaid shipping.
  • Merchandise must be intact and in its original packaging.
• Return Conditions:
  • The right applies to the entire product, not parts of it.
  • Original packaging must be intact.
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
  • Shipping liability rests with the customer until receipt at the warehouse.
  • In case of transport damage, Elymostore will notify the customer to allow them to claim against the courier.
  • Elymostore is not liable for damage or loss of uninsured shipments.
  • The product will be inspected upon warehouse arrival.
  • In case of damage to the original packaging, a percentage will be withheld from the refund.
• Refund:
  • Elymostore will refund the paid amount within legal deadlines, via credit card reversal or bank transfer.
• Withdrawal Right Forfeiture:
  • The right is forfeited if the product's integrity (packaging and contents) is compromised, if integral product elements are missing, or if the product is damaged due to causes other than transport.
  • In case of forfeiture, the merchandise will be returned to the sender at their expense.
